From Leigh:
Join me and the fabulous chef, Nishanga Bliss for another amazing Yoga Retreat in California this summer. Soak in the Sacred Healing waters of the Hotsprings while enjoying the gorgeous views of the Sierras. Bordering Tahoe National Forest, the Sierra Hotsprings is a stunningly beautiful and very peaceful place to rejuvenate and deepen your yoga practice. For centuries, Native Americans have regarded this land as a sacred healing place.
Biking and hiking trails are plentiful both in the 700 acres of of Sierra Hotsprings and the neighboring national forest. "Sierraville boasts over 130 lakes in a 25-mile radius. The Gold Lake region is one of the most beautiful sights in Northern California, offering many shimmering alpine lakes lying just below the stunning Sierra Buttes. Majestic views and world class hiking trails at the Yuba Pass or Gold Lake region are unforgettable and lie about 20 minutes from town." We'll be staying and practicing at the Globe Hotel in Sierraville, 1 mile from the springs.
