This fourth of July we will be holding a retreat at Seven Arrows, which is a beautiful retreat home on the Navesink River, 2.5 miles from Sandy Hook Beach and across the street from Hartshorne Woods. Only a 45 minute ferry ride from Manhattan, Seven Arrows is a very convenient and gorgeous setting to rejuvenate and celebrate! This is going to be an unforgettable time of celebration and remembrance of our own essential nature. The last verse of the yoga sutras describes our inner journey as culminating in Kaivalya, freedom or independence, from all that holds us back from our true essence.
