New Class! Martial Arts for Yogis with Attiss Ngoval

This new class combines movement and conditioning exercises from a myriad of disciplines. Learn techniques for bio-mechanical efficiency, explosive movement, increased strength and core stability. This challenging class will provide you with a great workout and help take your Yoga practice to the next level. From Shaolin Kung Fu to Taos Nabard to Circus Arts, these techniques will make your movements stronger and softer, help you to develop durable joints and deepen your practice. All levels welcome! 
Tuesdays 8:15-9:45 PM and Wednesdays 3-4:30 PM
